Preston Coggins hit his first home run. On Friday, the Brookland-Cayce High School senior declared his intent to play his sport at the collegiate level. He signed a letter of intent to play with Spartanburg Methodist College. Current and former coaches, teammates, fellow students, and family members attended the event, which was held in the Brookland-Cayce High School arena’s Hall of Fame room.
