The Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (CACCE) recognized the Greater Cayce – West Columbia Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of the 2023 Outstanding Chamber of Commerce. The Carolinas Chamber award was announced and presented at their Annual Management Conference and Awards Ceremony held in Summerville.
The Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber was chosen as a recipient due to the milestones achieved during the last 18 months, in addition to the chamber achieving the designation of Accreditation in 2022.
“On behalf of our Board of Directors, we are proud to receive the honor of Most Outstanding Chamber of Commerce in SC and NC, our Chamber has professionally grown, and we are proud to now be in the same award-winning list of names as Wilmington, North Carolina, Greenville and many others who have worked hard to achieve such recognition” said Lindsey Miles, Chamber Chair.
CACCE recognized the membership momentum of the Greater CWC, as well as the retention of membership and community involvement; including but not limited to award-winning educational programs, requirements of Board members, high-attendance holiday parade, an increase of membership and sustained attendance of regularly scheduled meetings; all of which has leant to the unprecedented member engagements and ultimately bolstering business and economy.
West Columbia Mayor, Tem Miles attended the award ceremony in Summerville.
“The City of West Columbia is proud to have a robust and involved Chamber of Commerce like the Greater CWC, this recognition is well deserved and speaks to the great value of our Chamber”, said Miles.
The Columbia Chamber and the Greater CWC Chamber have a long-standing relationship and have always worked together. We are thrilled to see the Greater CWC
