On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, the Municipal Association of South Carolina (MASC) hosted its Annual Training Session in Columbia, where individuals were acknowledged for their graduation from the Municipal Elected Officials Institute of Government. Special recognition was given to those who had completed the Advanced version of the course.
Four elected members, who also contribute their services to the Greater CWC (Cayce-West Columbia) Chamber of Commerce, were honored as graduates of the Advanced Municipal Elected Officials Course:
- Mayor Cindy Campbell: Town of South Congaree
- Mayor Tem Miles: City of West Columbia
- Mayor Bill Danielson: Town of Irmo
- Mayor Pro Tem Tim James: City of Cayce
The Greater CWC Chamber of Commerce congratulates these elected officials for their commitment to furthering their knowledge and skills in municipal governance through advanced education. Their dedication reflects their ongoing efforts to serve their communities effectively and contribute to the betterment of the region.
