On July 17, Richland County held its third blood drive of the year in partnership with the American Red Cross, providing residents and County staff the opportunity to donate the gift of life.
In addition to the satisfaction of aiding vulnerable members of the community, participants were rewarded with a Fandango movie ticket via email.
For those who missed this chance to donate, the County’s next blood drive is scheduled for September 27 at the County Administration Building, located at 2020 Hampton Street, Columbia. Interested donors can sign up on the Red Cross website.
