Airport High baseball players sign to play in college

Four Airport High School baseball players have declared their intent to play their sport at the college level.

The four Airport players are Layne Turner, with USC-Sumter; Blake Palyok, Spartanburg Methodist College; and Blake Morrison and John Allen Forrester, Newberry College.

Meanwhile, earlier in the week, another baseball player, Brookland-Cayce High School’s Skylar King, declared his intent to play his sport with West Virginia University.

All five Lexington Two baseball athletes participated in signing ceremonies at their high schools, attended by families, friends, and fellow athletes and students.
