NAI Columbia issued a press release that lists commercial real estate transactions by its agents. The report for the month of November indicates that the former Red Lobster building at 1270 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce, will become medical offices. The property was sold for $1.975 million.
The Red Lobster restaurant in Cayce closed in September of 2024.
