Apartment Association hosting career fair (Page 213)

The Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (AAGC) has announced its inaugural annual Spring Career Fair for Wednesday, April 20 from 10 am to 4 pm.

The event will take place at DoubleTree by Hilton, 2100 Bush River Road in Columbia.

Candidates attending the Career Fair will be able to speak with member company representatives and complete job applications. The goal of the event is to showcase the job and career opportunities available in the multifamily industry and provide an opportunity for candidates to apply in-person.

“Career Fairs are great ways to interact with candidates before the hiring process begins,” said Joei Lemacks, AAGC President. “It allows the candidates to see the company culture and us the opportunity get to know them before reading the resumes. I am excited to be launching this event and looking forward to meeting the candidates.”

The multifamily industry has positions open at its various communities and supplier partner businesses throughout the Midlands of South Carolina including:

• Office Team Members (Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Professionals)
• Maintenance Staff (Supervisors, Technicians, Porters, and Groundskeepers)
• Temporary and Seasonal Employees
• Flooring Technicians
• Drivers

The following companies will have booths available during the Career Fair:
