A Taste of Lake Murray Returns March 31st (Page 216)

'The Social Event of the Year'

“A Taste of Lake Murray,” presented by Lexington Medical Center, will return on Thursday, March 31. Enjoy live music from the Finesse Band, Cody Webb and Spencer Rush while sampling specialty dishes from area restaurants at the 2022 Taste of Lake Murray. The annual event will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Columbia at 6 pm.

The participating restaurants include Alodia's Cucina Italiana, Bistro on the Boulevard, Blue Marlin, Bubba's Biscuits, Chapin Chophouse, Columbo's, Doko Smoke BBQ, 8th Wonder Cuisine, Hollow Creek Distillery, O'Hara's Bakery Cafe, O'Hara's Public House, RF's Corner Grill, Roy's Grille, Total Wine, RF's Food Truck and Moe's Southwest Grill.

Monies raised at the event will support the annual July 4th fireworks celebration on Lake Murray, scheduled for Saturday, July 2nd. Fireworks will launch from two lake locations, Dreher Island and Spence Island.

The adult public is invited to attend and tickets are $100 per person. To purchase tickets, call (803) 781-5940 x200, purchase online at TasteofLakeMurray.com or stop by the Lake Murray Country Visitors Center (2184 N. Lake Drive, Columbia).
