Partner James E. “Ward” Bradley Selected to South Carolina Super Lawyers® 2024

Moore Bradley Myers (MBM) is pleased to announce that Partner James E. “Ward” Bradley has been recognized in the 2024 edition of South Carolina Super Lawyers® in the areas of personal injury law and business litigation. This marks the 13th consecutive year that Ward has received this prestigious honor.

Ward specializes in civil litigation, professional licensure disputes, personal injury, and insurance law, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation matters. His dedication to legal excellence and commitment to his clients have earned him widespread recognition in the legal community.

Beyond his legal practice, Ward is deeply involved in serving his community. He serves as a Board Member for the Salkehatchie Summer Service Project of the United Methodist Church and as a Sunday school teacher at Shandon Presbyterian Church. Additionally, he shares his expertise with aspiring attorneys and law students by presenting on trial techniques at his Alma Mater, the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Ward’s professional achievements include serving as the Past President of the Richland County Bar Association, membership in the South Carolina Bar Association and the American Board of Trial Advocates, and contributions to the South Carolina Bar’s Board of Governors and the Judicial Screening Committee. He holds an AV-Rating from Martindale Hubbard and was honored with the Leadership in Law Award in 2021.

With a remarkable track record of trying over one hundred cases and arguing appeals before the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, the South Carolina Supreme Court, and the South Carolina Court of Appeals, Ward Bradley exemplifies the highest standards of legal excellence and professionalism.
