It’s now shaping up to be a “Super Saturday” for S.C. High School League Class 4A state finals.
Incoming bad weather have forced Airport baseball and Gray Collegiate softball to postpone
Friday’s scheduled games in West Columbia.
The Lady War Eagles will play host at 3 p.m. the deciding game of their Best-of-Three series
with York. Gray Collegiate is seeking its third state title in four years.
The Airport Eagles will now play host to Seneca at 7 p.m. seeking to clinch their first-ever state title.
They hold a 1-0 lead in the series.
Game Three, if necessary, would take place at a site to be determined.
