Aiyala Williams received an award for student of the quarter at the Cayce West Columbia Chamber breakfast meeting on October 24, 2023. Aiyala is a senior at Swansea High School. She will be going to Howard University. Aiyala wants to become a doctor. Kelly Hartley received an award for educator of the year; before coming to Swansea High School she was a Registered Nurse.
