In recognition of National Heart Month and in conjunction with the Go Red movement promoting heart disease awareness, Columbia will host the third-annual Jump Start Your Heart Day Party this Saturday, February 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Finlay Park.
The free community event will feature a wide range of activities designed to promote heart health and overall wellness, including:

Exhibitors will remain open throughout the event for attendees who wish to stop by for information, screenings or wellness resources.
Special guest Connor Shaw, founder of HRTHDL, will be in attendance and actively participating, supporting heart health awareness and community wellness initiatives.
There is no cost to attend or participate.
