The League of Women Voters will hold a school board candidate forum on Monday, Sept. 26, at 6:30 p.m., at the White Knoll High School Performing Arts Center located at 5643 Platt Springs Road in Lexington.
The forum is open to the public and will also be livestreamed on Lexington District One’s YouTube channel.
Candidate forums are essential because, on General Election Day, Nov. 8, 2022, Lexington District One voters will choose three individuals for three at-large seats on the Board of Trustees.
Candidates include Harriet Coker, Richard Gehling, Aaron Granade, Dana Homesley, Katie McCown, Andrea Nazarenko, Nicholas Pizzuti, Mary Price, Chris Rice, Rhys Sage and Beth Shealy. Voters can find information about the candidates on the district’s website.
