Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Addy as their new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In her role, Addy will oversee the credit union’s mortgage, commercial lending, and wealth management divisions.

With over 30 years of executive experience in financial services, Addy joins Palmetto Citizens from her most recent position as Vice President and Mortgage Production Manager at a $17 billion financial institution.

Robert Dozier, Jr., President and CEO of PCFCU, expressed excitement about the new addition to the team, stating, “We’re thrilled to welcome Carol to the Palmetto Citizens team. Her wealth of experience and deep connection to the Midlands of South Carolina will help us as we continue to grow this organization.” Dozier added, “Carol fully embraces our core values and will play an integral role as we enhance our mortgage, commercial, and wealth management services to better serve the people and businesses of this community.”

As a member of Palmetto Citizens’ Senior Leadership Team, Addy will not only manage mortgage, commercial lending, and wealth management but also contribute to setting strategic focuses and initiatives for the credit union.

Expressing her excitement, Addy stated, “I’m excited to return to Columbia and take on this new challenge to build upon the amazing legacy here at Palmetto Citizens. I look forward to working alongside this team to further develop the programs and relationships required to meet the growing needs of the people and businesses in the Midlands.”
