Lake Murray Country is excited to bring back the Tourism Ambassador Program, showcasing local leaders who make a difference in the community. This year’s ambassadors include John Tjaarda, a birding expert and Area Director for the South Carolina Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), Katie Maglocci from Palmetto Outdoor, and Mayor Sloan Griffin from the Town of Blythewood.
These ambassadors will work to promote the region and highlight its many attractions, ensuring Lake Murray Country remains a top travel destination.
