Get ready for a weekend filled with angling excitement at the Bassmaster Elite Community Expo, happening on May 11-12 from noon to 5 pm at Dreher Island State Park. This family-friendly event will feature a variety of booths and exhibits, food trucks, live music, and more!
What to Expect:
- Booths and exhibits from The Gamecock Bass Fishing Team, Realtor-Cat Thornton, Lews/Strike King fishing simulator, South Carolina Wildlife Federation (Saturday only), Armed Forces Fishing League (AFFL), and many others.
- Food trucks offering delicious treats from Big Boys BBQ, Cinnamon Hill Kitchen, and Sarah’s Rockin’ Kitchen.
- Exhibits from B.A.S.S. sponsors include the Toyota Experience, Minn Kota/Humminbird, Dakota Lithium, Power Pole, Ranger Boats, Yamaha, Daiwa, and Garmin.
Special Events:
- Saturday, May 11 at 1 pm: Enjoy a free concert by singer-songwriter Cody Webb, a local talent from Ridge Spring. Webb’s career took off when his co-written song “Memories Are Made Of” was featured on Luke Combs’ debut album in 2018. Drawing inspiration from southern rock legends, Webb’s musical journey began at a young age and led him to Nashville.
- Competition Day 3 & Expo with Cody Webb Concert: Witness the live championship weigh-in starting at 3 pm.
- Sunday, May 12 – Competition Day 4 & Expo: Enjoy another day of the expo and observe the live championship weigh-in at 3 pm.
