The Lexington County Museum is set to host its free Murders and Mysteries walking tour of downtown Lexington this Friday, March 1, starting at 8 pm. The tour provides an opportunity for participants to delve into the history of the town, exploring stories of murders, trials, and other crimes that took place on Lexington’s Main Street in the 19th and early 20th centuries.
The walking tour will commence at the town’s Icehouse Amphitheater, guiding attendees through Church Street and South Lake Drive. The duration of the tour is approximately one hour. Due to the mature subject matter, participants must be 18 or older, or have parental permission to attend. The event is free, and no reservations are required.
